my first experience being hosted by a Warm Showers member was so positive that I joined so that I can reciprocate someday! She made available a tidy and very adequate bedroom/bathroom suite with separate entrance. We did not give very much notice, due to travel logistics, but she was most gracious. I felt safe and fortunate to find such nice lodging overnight. She offered to let me park my car at her place for the entire week I was cycling, which was also a great help! Overall, touring in Oregon was delightful. I've never experienced such considerate drivers. They sped by on highways but were always thoughful about giving me wide berth. That made traveling on highways unscary. Oregonians rock when it comes to making cyclists feel welcome!
