Results of Governance Organizing Meeting

Here are the results and the action items from the Governance organizing meeting.

• We will organize a Leadership Committee. (It sounds less imposing than "Board of Directors". This probably means Randy Fay, Chris Russo, and Mark Martin, and anybody else who is interested should say so. Interested? Post a comment here or use the contact form.
• We will try to get some legal advice about this phase of our organization's life.
• Mark Martin will organize a concise list of organization policies that can be gleaned from the FAQ. We can use that as a basis to work toward a more formal set of policies.
