I am biking part of the Lewis and Clark Trail in a couple weeks from Sioux CIty to Bismarck. I am missing adventure Cycle map #2 as it is out of print. Would anyone be willing to make a PDF of the Service Directory or loan/sell me this map? Any suggestions for this part of the route or hosts available?
