Is there a safe and enjoyable way to cycle from Orleans to Paris??

Hi, we have been cycling in France for the past 9 weeks and have had a wonderful time. It's now time to think about how to get back to Paris for our flight back to Australia next week. Advice so far is to catch a train! Can anyone suggest a route we could take? We've been invited to stay in Creteil on Monday and would leave Orleans on Saturday if cycling!
