iOS unknown error issue

Has anyone had a similar problem?  Last week I started to get an “unknown errror” popping up every time I attempted to use the map in the app. I attempted to reinstall the app hoping that would fix problem but now I get the error message from the login screen and cannot even access the app.  I can get into the website just fine.   Any ideas?   Thanks
