Open invitation for a short notice cycle trip in the French alps!

Hi, I've been planning a cycle trip to the French alps and thought I'd extend my invitation out for anyone who'd be keen to come and join (it's always better with someone else!). I was planning to go sometime around the 24th of August 2020.

This is my plan so far but if it looks too detailed then don't worry - it could definitely be amended and I'm open to different ideas.

1# Lyon > Grenoble (67 miles, 3000 ft)

2# Grenoble > Alpe d’Huez > Grenoble (78 miles, 9300 ft)

3# Rest day?

4# Grenoble > Col de la Croix de Fer > to Col du Mollard >  Saint Jean de Maurienne (71 miles, 9500 ft)

5# Saint Jean de Maurienne > Col du Telegraphe > Col du Galibier > Saint Jean de Maurienne (70 miles, 7475 ft)

6# Saint Jean de Maurienne > Col du Chaussy > Col de la Madeline > Saint Jean de Maurienne (45 miles, 9325 ft)

7# Saint Jean de Maurienne > Val de Chenis (30.7 miles, 4000 ft)

8# Val de Chenis > Col du Isseran > Val D’isere (34 miles, 3650 ft)

9# Val’Disere > Albertville (68.1 miles, 5850 ft)

10# Albertville > Col de L’Arpettaz > Col des Aravis > Col de la Colombiere > Cluses (51 miles, 9925 ft)

11# My plan after this was to cycle to Basel in Switzerland to stay at my friend's house but I'd be up for more cycling if anyone was up for it.

Please give me a shout if any of this trip interests you. I'm pretty laid back so I'd be keen to change it around and do other things, this is just my plan so far. I've also been cycling to the Alps in the past, so some of these climbs I'm already familiar with. I've planned to stay in hotels, but I'd be up for camping too if you'd prefer, that's totally fine for me.

Thanks for reading. I hope to hear from you soon!

Stefan
