Looking for a route from Cerveteri to Trento (Italy)

Hi everybody, I'm going on my first bike tour in Europe in about two weeks time. I was wondering if anyone has a good route to take between these two locations. The cycling routes suggested by Google maps are a little sparse in this area. Thanks and wish me luck!

I'll be biking Genoa to Rome

I'll be biking Genoa to Rome this July. I will be on the Via Francigena for a good stretch (from about Siena to Rome). It looks like you could take the Via Francigena for roughly 2/3 of your trip, if you chose. They have a decent website with GPX downloads and basic route information. It is certainly a hilly stretch, but that's Tuscany! Also, this should keep you off of busier roads.

Have a good trip!!

edit: Also, do NOT rely on Google Maps. It is not good for cycling routes, as it doesn't really consider quality of roads/shoulder width, amount of traffic, speed of traffic, or even existing bike route alternatives. Also, be careful with tunnels; there are lots around Italy and many you may not want to, or be able, to bike in.

Please do your own research on routes and roads.
