A 'good' route to bike through Armenia

Hello friend-cyclists.
I am in Tbilisi, Georgia, heading south to Iran through Armenia.
Anyone who could suggest a 'good' (i.e. avoiding too many up and down mountains) route for me to bike along would be appreciated.
