Im planning to explore Milan and Rome for couple of days in March but stil i have no touring bike, this is why im thinking of buying good second hand bike with panniers in Milan . I was wondering if you could introduce me good bike shops in Milan.

contact the local bike kitchens, there are 5 in Milano, they know all the bike shops and will give you honest information.
